고발장에 따르면, 보령지청 소속 일부 직원들이 ‘2023 정부혁신 우수사례’ 사업과 관련해 내부 실적을 부당하게 활용하고, 허위 계획 수립 및 공문서 작성, 관련 홍보자료 배포 등 비위 행위를 공모했다는 의혹이 제기됐다.
또한 이 같은 행위로 피고발인 A,B,C씨 등이 기관 표창과 포상금, 성과급, 포상휴가 등 실질적 이득을 얻었다는 주장도 함께 고발장에 담긴 것으로 확인됐다.
