[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 각종 개발사업과 도로 개설, 택지 조성 등으로 실제 일단지로 활용되고 있는 불합리한 행정구역을 정비한다고 3일 밝혔다.
실제 김해시는 하나의 마을이나 건물이 2개의 행정구역에 걸쳐 있거나 일단지의 토지가 읍·면·동 경계를 가로지르는 사례가 적지 않다.
이에 시는 항공사진, 건축물대장, 토지개발사업 시행신고 내역 등을 토대로 불합리한 행정구역 정비대상 30개소 288필지를 발굴해 행정구역 변경조서, 지번별조서 작성을 완료했다.
이어 4월까지 해당 읍·면·동과 토지소유자의 의견수렴 절차를 거친 후 10월경 시의회에 행정구역 변경을 위한 조례 개정을 요청, 12월 중 각종 공부정리를 완료할 계획이다.
한기송 시 토지정보과장은 “불합리한 행정구역이 정비되면 토지소유자 재산권 행사의 편익이 제고될 뿐만 아니라 부동산 관련 각종 공부 관리가 용이해지는 등 행정의 효율성도 향상될 것으로 기대된다”고 말했다.
