브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= KT는 스페인 바르셀로나에서 열린 MWC26에서 산업 현장의 AX(AI Transformation) 확산을 도울 AI 에이전트 제작 플랫폼 ‘에이전트 빌더(Agent Builder)’를 공개했다고 4일 밝혔다.
KT는 업무에 AI 에이전트를 적극 활용하고 싶지만 기술 개발에 드는 시간과 비용 등으로 도입을 고민하는 기업 고객들을 위해 에이전트 빌더를 해법으로 제시했다. 에이전트 빌더는 개발 지식과 코딩 없이도 드래그 앤 드롭(Drag&Drop) 방식으로 AI 에이전트를 제작할 수 있는 플랫폼이다.
미리 준비된 업무 템플릿과 대화 모듈 등을 조합해 △사용 목적과 역할 정의 △데이터·시스템 연결 △응답 방식 구성 △배포 등의 과정을 거쳐 AI 에이전트를 만들 수 있다. 배포 후에는 실시간 로그 분석과 성능 모니터링, 품질 개선 기능을 통해 에이전트 성능을 향상시키는 것도 가능하다.
이렇게 제작한 AI 에이전트는 업무 목적에 맞춰 즉시 활용할 수 있다. 일례로, ‘회의록 자동화 에이전트’는 회의 정보와 녹취 데이터를 기반으로 화자 분리 등 전처리를 거쳐 핵심 안건과 결정사항을 구조화하고, 회의록을 생성한다.
이어 담당 부서와 처리 기한을 자동으로 반영해 공문 양식에 맞게 문서 초안을 생성한다. 생성된 문서는 내부 문서관리 시스템과 연동되어 검토부터 결재까지 전 과정이 자동으로 처리된다.
KT는 에이전트 빌더를 토대로 각 산업과 업무 특성에 맞춰 기능을 표준으로 구성한 ‘산업별 AI 템플릿 서비스’도 선보일 계획이다. 현재 금융, 제조, 공공 분야에 실제 적용해 검증한 에이전트 시나리오를 바탕으로 산업별 특화 템플릿의 출시를 준비하고 있다. 에이전트 개발에 드는 시간과 비용 부담을 줄일 수 있는 게 장점이다.
이번 전시에는 AI 템플릿 활용 예시로 공공기관의 회의록·공문 작성 자동화, 금융사의 자산운용 리서치 브리핑 자동화 모델이 소개됐다. 각 산업과 업무에서 반복 발생하는 공통 요구사항을 템플릿으로 제작해 실제 업무에서 어떻게 쓰일 수 있는지를 보여준다.
