[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 산청군은 금서면 매촌리(산청 IC인근)에 위치한 한방약초산업특구 내 상업시설용지를 분양한다고 5일 밝혔다.
이번 분양 대상은 금서면 매촌리 1428번지를 포함하는 상업시설용지 5필지로 총 3962.8㎡ 규모이다.
분양신청은 전국 만 19세 이상의 개인 누구나 가능하면 개인사업자와 법인은 제외된다.
이달 23일부터 27일까지 산청군청 한방항노화과로 방문하거나 우편으로 신청할 수 있다.
산청군 관계자는 “지속적인 한방약초밸리지구 분양을 추진하여 한방약초산업특구의 발전과 지역경제 활성화에 기여할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.
한편, 산청군은 지난 2022년부터 한방약초밸리지구 주거용지 34필지, 상업용지 4필지를 분양 완료했다.
