참여 의지를 가진 주민들에게는 혈당기, 채혈기, 혈당스틱, 채혈침, 알콜솜, 건강수첩 등 7종으로 알차게 구성된 '혈당측정기 풀세트'가 3개월간 든든하게 대여된다. 특히 기기 조작이 낯선 주민들을 위해 올바른 측정법과 꼼꼼한 기록 방법에 대한 1대1 밀착 맞춤형 교육도 병행된다.
