고양시의 고질적인 문제를 해결하겠다며 출사표를 던진 더불어민주당 고양시장 선거 예비후보인 백수회(53) 변호사가 5일 고양시 일산동구 백석동 선거 캠프에서 기자간담회를 열고 고양시의 미래 발전 전략과 핵심 공약을 공개했다.
