(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구가 9일, 최근 ‘2026년 상반기 적극행정 우수직원’을 선발해 표창했다고 밝혔다.
부평구에 따르면, ‘적극행정 우수직원’은 기존 관행을 넘어 적극적으로 문제를 해결하고 구민이 체감할 수 있는 성과를 창출한 직원을 말한다.
부평구는 접수된 12건의 적극행정 사례를 대상으로 사전심사와 주민투표를 거쳐 적극행정위원회 심의·의결을 통해 최우수 1명, 우수 2명, 장려 3명, 노력 2명 등 총 8명을 선정했다.
특히, 올해 상반기부터는 선발 인원을 1명 확대해 공직사회 내 도전과 혁신 분위기를 강화했다.
최우수로 선정된 세무2과 김웅용 주무관은 데이터센터 시가표준액의 합리적 산정을 위해 한국지방세연구원과 세무 관련 법인 등과 공동연구를 추진했다.
그 결과 전국 최초로 현행 산정 방식의 문제점을 체계적으로 분석하고 선제적 연구자료를 마련해 향후 법령 개정의 근거를 마련했다는 평가를 받았다.
우수상은 자원순환과 최은주 팀장과 도시재생과 굴포천재생팀이 받았다.
최 팀장은 무분별하게 설치된 의류수거함을 체계적으로 정비하기 위해 관련 조례를 제정하고 운영·관리 민간위탁을 추진해 공공 중심의 관리체계를 구축하고 도시미관 개선에 기여했다.
굴포천재생팀은 굴포천 복원 과정에서 다양한 재원을 확보해 자동차단문과 악취 저감시설을 도입하고 하천 주변 야간경관 개선사업을 추진해 주민 만족도를 높였다.
이외에도 장려상에는 주차관리과 김진호 팀장과 김승금 주무관(예산 절감 통한 83면 주차장 조성), 토지정보과 김윤서 주무관(부평풍물대축제 모바일 웹지도 구축), 노력상에는 세무1과 김정숙 주무관(귀화 외국인 재산세 대장 사전정비 추진), 도로과 최우성 주무관(횡단보도 그늘막 아래 쉼터의자 조성)이 이름을 올렸다.
