이번 간담회는 시정 운영에 대한 시민들의 현장 목소리를 직접 청취하고, 지역 여성 리더들의 다양한 의견을 수렴하여 시정에 반영하기 위해 마련됐다.
이날 시의 일방적인 정보 전달 방식에서 벗어나, 장명희 밀양시여성단체협의회장이 올해 협의회에서 추진하는 사업의 추진방향을 직접 소개하며 시작됐다.
주요 논의 사항으로 2025년부터 양성평등기금을 통해 추진 중인 출산장려운동 ‘행복해요! 둘째맛남’ 사업의 현황과 개선 방안이 다뤄졌다.
