[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 양산 사송신도시 내 유일한 공공 복합편의시설인 사송복합커뮤니티 조성공사가 10월 준공 목표로 박차를 가하고 있다.
이에 10일 나동연 양산시장은 공사 진행 상황 및 시설 현황 현장점검을 실시했다.
사송복합커뮤니티는 동면 사송리 1163번지 일원에 실내체육관(농구장 1면, 배드민턴장 4면 공용)과 실내수영장, 공공도서관, 서부건강생활지원센터 등 지난해 1월 착공 후 현재 골조공사를 완료하고 현재 마무리 공사가 한창이다.
총 부지면적 1만5,000㎡ 중 8,790.69㎡를 활용해 지하 1층/지상 2층, 연면적 6,180.31㎡ 규모로 조성되며 국비 50억 원, 도비 42억 원, 시비 400억 원 등 총사업비 492억 원이 투입된다.
건물 1층에는 25m 5레인 규모의 수영장과 유아풀, 어린이 자료실, 어린이 건강체험관, 건강증진실이, 2층에는 실내체육관(농구장 1면, 배드민턴장 4면 공용), 공공도서관(일반자료실, 독서동아리실, 다목적교육실), 보건교육실, 상담실, 주민참여실 등이 들어설 예정이다.

Construction of the Sasong Community Complex, the only public multi-use facility in Yangsan's Sasong New Town, is accelerating toward its October completion.
