세종시,여름철 대비 빗물받이 점검

세종시 도담동이 지난 11일 집중호우에 대비해 침수 취액 지역에서 빗물받이 일제 점검과 준설 활동을 했다고 밝혔다.

12일 도담동에 따르면 이번 활동은 동 직원과 도담동 자율방재단원 등 총 13명이 참여했다. 

참여자들은 유동 인구가 많은 도담동 먹자골목 일대를 중심으로 빗물받이 덮개를 열고 내부에 쌓인 담배꽁초와 각종 쓰레기, 낙엽 등 오물을 제거했다. 

또, 배수구의 파손 상태와 위험 요소를 함께 점검하며 안전 사각지대를 살펴봤다.

도담동은 본격적인 여름철 전까지 관내 상습 침수 우려 지역에 대한 예찰 활동을 강화하고, 자율방재단과 협력해 재난 취약 시설물을 집중적으로 관리할 방침이다.

이기숙 도담동장은 “바쁜 일정에도 지역 안전을 위해 앞장서 주신 자율방재단에 감사드린다”며 “앞으로도 지속적인 점검을 통해 재난 없는 안전한 도담동을 만드는 데 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
