[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 창녕군은 관내 기업체와 소상공인의 안전보건관리체계 구축을 돕기 위해 군 홈페이지 내 ‘중대재해 서식 자료실’을 구축하고 본격적인 운영에 들어갔다고 13일 밝혔다.
이번 자료실은 전문 인력이 부족해 법적 의무 이행에 어려움을 겪고 있는 소규모 사업장의 행정적 부담을 완화하고, 현장 중심의 자율 안전관리 문화를 정착시키기 위해 마련됐다.
자료실에는 안전보건관리체계 구축의 핵심인 ▲공통 절차서 및 지침서 양식 ▲업종별(제조업․건설업) 필수 작업안전수칙 등이 수록되어 있다.
특히 군의 지역 산업 구조를 반영해 ▲농․축산업 ▲폐기물 처리업 ▲서비스업 등 세부 업종별 맞춤형 자료를 지속적으로 업데이트할 계획이다.
자료실에서 제공되는 서식들은 복잡한 법령 용어 대신 현장에서 즉시 활용할 수 있는 실무 중심의 양식들로 구성되어 있다. 이를 통해 사업주가 스스로 사고 예방 체계를 갖추는 데 실질적인 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
군 관계자는 “자료실이 법적 의무 이행의 길잡이가 되어 안전한 창녕을 만드는 밑거름이 되길 바란다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 군은 자료실 운영 외에도 소규모 사업장을 대상으로 중대재해처벌법 무료 컨설팅, 노동안전보건지킴이 등 다양한 지원 사업을 지속적으로 추진할 계획이다.
