【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군농업기술센터는 ‘2026년 가루 쌀 활용 제과·제빵 제품개발 교육’ 교육생을 오는 4월 3일까지 선착순 모집한다고 13일 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 지역 농산물을 활용한 가공제품 개발 역량을 강화하고 가루 쌀 소비 확대 기반을 마련하기 위해 마련됐다.
모집 대상은 농산물 가공에 관심 있는 진천군민과 관내 식품 관련 업체 종사자이며, 총 20명을 모집할 예정이다.
교육은 농업기술센터에서 오는 4월 16일부터 6월 9일까지 매주 화요일 오후 1시 30분부터 4시간 동안 총 8회에 걸쳐 운영된다.
해당 교육은 진천에서 생산된 가루 쌀을 활용해 다양한 제과·제빵 제품을 개발하고 농산물 가공 상품화 역량을 높이기 위한 실습 중심으로 운영될 계획이다.
교육 신청은 군 농업기술센터 3층 기술보급과 농산가공팀을 방문해 접수하거나 이메일로 신청할 수 있다.
