경주시의회, 2025회계연도 결산검사위원 위촉

경주시의회(의장 이동협)는 13일 의장실에서 2025회계연도 결산검사위원 위촉식을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번에 위촉된 결산검사위원은 김종우·정성룡 경주시의원을 비롯해 김원중·노동혁 세무사, 이종월·이활우 전직 공무원 등 총 6명이다.

결산검사위원들은 오는 3월 30일부터 4월 23일까지 25일간 경주시의 세입·세출과 기금, 명시·사고이월비, 공유재산 및 물품 등 재정 운영 전반에 대해 종합적인 결산검사를 실시할 예정이다.

김종우 대표위원은 “결산검사는 지난 한 해 동안 시민들의 소중한 혈세가 얼마나 내실 있게 쓰였는지 확인하는 매우 중요한 과정”이라며 “경주시 재정 운영의 효율성을 높이고 향후 예산 편성의 지표가 될 수 있는 개선 방안을 도출하는 데 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

이동협 의장은 “결산은 예산 집행의 마무리이자 향후 예산 편성의 기초가 되는 중요한 단계”라며 “위원들이 경주시 재정 운영의 투명성을 높일 수 있도록 꼼꼼하고 엄격한 검사를 진행해 달라”고 당부했다.
