현대차는 오는 20일부터 4월 3일까지 2주간 공식 채용 홈페이지에서 전 부문이 참가하는 대규모 채용을 실시한다고 16일 밝혔다.
이번 채용은 신입·경력 인재를 대상으로 △연구개발 △디자인 △생산/제조 △사업/기획 △경영지원 △IT 등 전 부문에 걸쳐 이뤄진다. 채용 공고는 171개에 달할 예정이다.
현대차는 열정과 성장 잠재력을 지닌 미래형 인재를 선발해 모빌리티 혁신을 함께 만들어갈 방침이다.
특히, 지난해에 이어 올해도 장애인 신입 특별 채용을 동시에 운영해 균형 잡힌 채용 기조를 이어간다.
또한, 이달 25일에는 지원자의 직무 이해를 돕기 위해 현대자동차 채용 유튜브 채널에서 ‘팀 현대 토크 라이브(Team Hyundai Talk Live)’를 진행한다.
이날은 현대차 인사 담당자가 직무와 채용 절차 등을 소개하고 지원자들의 궁금증을 해소하는 데 도움을 제공할 예정이다.
팀 현대 토크 라이브는 사전 신청자에 한해 접속 가능하며, 22일까지 현대차 공식 채용 홈페이지를 통해 신청할 수 있다.
현대차 관계자는 “현대차 미래 경쟁력의 출발점이 될 ‘도전을 두려워하지 않는 인재’와의 만남을 기대한다”며 “앞으로도 열정과 성장 잠재력을 보유한 인재를 확보하기 위해 적극적인 채용 활동을 이어갈 것이다”고 말했다.
