브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 시가총액 상위 100대 기업의 지난해 사외이사 1인당 평균급여가 9000만원을 돌파한 것으로 나타났다. 사외이사 평균급여가 1억원 이상인 기업도 26곳에 달했다.
16일 CEO스코어에 따르면 2024년부터 2025년까지 시총 상위 100대 기업 중 비교 가능한 87곳의 사외이사 인원수, 지급총액, 1인당 평균급여를 조사한 결과, 이들 기업의 사외이사 평균급여는 9122만원이었다. 이는 2024년도 8799만원 대비 323만원(3.7%) 늘어난 수치다.
87곳의 사외이사 급여 지급 총액은 2024년 351억1762만원에서 2025년 368억4314만원으로 1년 새 17억2552만원 늘었다. 87곳 중 53곳의 사외이사 평균급여가 증가했다.
