충남 아산시가 경제성장 1위를 넘어 '시민 행복 1위' 기본사회로의 전환을 공식 선언한다.
이를 위해 아산시는 오는 19일 오후 2시 모나밸리 아레나홀에서 '아산형 기본사회 비전 선포식 및 5개년 종합계획 착수보고회'를 연다고 16일 밝혔다.
충남 최초로 신설된 기본사회팀이 주도한 6개월간의 민관 협의와 시민조사 결과를 바탕으로 '성장을 나누고 기본을 채우는 행복도시 아산'을 비전으로 제시한다.
행사에서는 비전 영상과 퍼포먼스를 통해 자족형 기본사회 도약을 알리고, 2부에서는 5개년 로드맵 보고와 전문가 포럼(은민수 기본사회연구회 회장 등)이 이어진다.
2022년 GRDP 37.6조 원으로 충남의 26.7%를 담당하는 아산시는 도심-농촌 격차와 양극화(시민 72.2% 심각 인식)를 문제로 지적한다.
