브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 지난 15일 경기도 안산시 단원구 고잔동 610번지 일원에 위치한 ‘고잔연립5구역 주택재건축정비사업’의 시공사로 최종 선정됐다고 16일 밝혔다.
고잔연립5구역 주택재건축정비사업은 지하 3층~지상 35층 총 15개동, 1484세대 및 부대복리시설을 건설하는 프로젝트다. 공사금액은 약 4864억 원(VAT 별도) 규모다.
대우건설은 고잔연립5구역 주택재건축정비사업에 ‘푸르지오 센트로 원(PRUGIO Centro One)’이라는 단지명을 제안했다.
‘푸르지오 센트로 원’은 고잔연립5구역이 안산 주거 가치의 중심이자 새로운 주거 트렌드를 선도하는 ‘넘버원 주거 명작’이 될 것이라는 의미를 담고 있다고 대우건설은 설명했다.
특히, 대우건설은 층간소음 저감을 위해 ‘스마트 사일런트 바닥구조’ 특화 설계를 적용했다. 스마트 사일런트 바닥구조는 중량충격음과 경량충격음 모두 1등급 성능을 확보한 구조로, 바닥충격음을 획기적으로 줄이면서 구조적 안정성까지 확보한 대우건설만의 기술이다. 해당 기술은 현재까지 ‘써밋(SUMMIT)’ 단지에만 적용돼 왔으나, 푸르지오 단지 중에서는 최초로 ‘푸르지오 센트로 원’에 적용됐다.
대우건설은 조합의 분담금 부담을 덜기 위한 다양한 사업 조건도 제시했다. 조합 필수사업비(2000억 원)를 최저금리로 조달하고, 사업시행인가 과정에서 발생하는 설계 비용을 지원한다. 공사비 검증에 필요한 비용을 대우건설이 100% 부담함으로써 조합의 금융 부담을 최소화하고 신속하고 안정적인 사업 추진을 지원하겠다는 방침이다.
