<브레이크뉴스 포천 = 김형렬 기자> 포천시가 최근 급증하고 있는 태양광 발전설비 지붕 공사 현장의 끔찍한 추락 사고 등 중대재해를 원천 차단하기 위해 고강도 안전관리 대책을 가동한다.
포천시는 지붕 위 고소 작업이 필수적인 태양광 공사의 특성상 안전사고 위험이 극도로 높다고 판단, ‘태양광 지붕공사 건설사고 예방을 위한 안전관리 수칙’을 새롭게 제정해 전기(발전)사업용 공사계획신고 수리 시 집중적으로 안내하고 배포한다고 밝혔다.
그동안 시는 공사계획신고 수리 시 신고필증과 전기공사 준공표지판만을 교부해 왔으나, 앞으로는 착공 전 단계부터 사업주와 현장 작업자가 생명과 직결된 필수 안전수칙을 완벽히 숙지하고 이행할 수 있도록 행정 지도를 대폭 강화할 방침이다.
