(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 오는 18일부터 4월 17일까지 ‘원종중앙시장 상가 리모델링 지원사업’ 대상자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 이번 사업은 상권 내 기존 점포와 신규 창업 점포의 시설 리모델링을 지원해 초기 투자 부담을 완화하고 안정적인 영업 기반을 조성하기 위해 추진된다.
또, 공실과 노후 점포 환경을 개선해 상권 이미지를 높이고 방문객 유입 확대를 도모한다.
사업 대상은 원종중앙시장 내 기존 상가와 입점을 희망하는 신규 창업 점포다.
임차 또는 소유한 사업장 공간을 대상으로 외부 간판, 출입문, 실내 인테리어, 부착형 가전·가구, 전기·소방·가스 설비 등 전문공정에 대한 리모델링 비용을 지원한다.
지원 금액은 점포당 최대 3,000만 원까지이며, 총사업비의 10% 이상은 자부담해야 한다.
또, 대상자 선정 이후 시행한 공사만 지원하며, 원종중앙시장 중정(오정구 원종동 209-5 일원) 내 신규 입점 점포를 우선 지원할 계획이다.
