<브레이크뉴스 의정부 = 김형렬 기자> 의정부시가 장애인일자리사업 참여자들의 직무 역량을 높이고, 현장에서의 원활한 적응을 돕기 위해 본격적인 교육 지원에 나섰다.
의정부시는 지난 12일과 16일 양일간, 시청 인재양성교육장에서 장애인일자리 참여자 63명을 대상으로 직무 이해도를 높이고 안정적인 근무 수행을 지원하기 위한 ‘기본교육’을 성공적으로 실시했다고 17일 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 참여자들이 실제 근무 현장에서 반드시 갖춰야 할 기본 소양과 철저한 안전 의식을 확립하고, 보다 안전하고 쾌적한 환경에서 역량을 발휘할 수 있도록 돕기 위해 세심하게 기획됐다.
