세종교육청 2026학년도 ‘초등 생존수영 실기교육 업무경감 지원’ 사업이 이달부터 시작된다.
시 교육청에 따르면 도입 2년 차를 맞은 올해는 사업의 안정적 정착을 바탕으로, 지난해 운영 결과를 반영한 효율적인 일정 배정과 현장 맞춤형 인력 배치로 지원의 질을 한 단계 높이는 데 초점을 맞췄다고 한다.
먼저 학교지원본부는 세종시 지역 14개 수영장과 57개 학교(초등학교 55교, 특수학교 2교 포함) 간 협력 체계를 구축했다.
수영장별 수용 인원 파악과 학교별 희망 일정에 대한 사전 수요조사를 실시하고 이를 바탕으로 수업 일정을 배정함으로써, 학기 초마다 반복되던 교원의 수영장 예약 업무 부담을 해소해 학생들 수업에 집중할 수 있도록 했다.
