지평의 성당은 지난 11일 업데이트된 신규 에피소드 ‘카다룸 제도’의 스토리 속에서 신성 제국 세이크리아의 권위와 신앙을 상징하는 곳이다.
모험가들은 지평의 성당 최상층인 종탑에서 펼쳐지는 ‘황혼의 대주교 아르세노스’와의 전투를 시네마틱 연출이 결합된 어비스 던전으로 플레이해 볼 수 있다.
던전은 2개의 관문으로 구성돼 있으며, 최대 4명까지 파티를 이뤄 도전할 수 있다. 보스 아르세노스가 거대한 종을 무기로 사용하는 만큼 ‘음파’와 ‘소리굽쇠’의 특징이 담긴 다양한 전투 패턴이 등장한다. 전반적으로 정교한 공략이 필요한 복잡한 전투 패턴보다 모험가의 조작 능력을 최대한 활용할 수 있는 다이내믹한 전투로 구성돼 있는 것이 특징이다.
