18일 포천시에 따르면, 군은 관내 공공임대주택에 거주하는 청년 및 신혼부부의 경제적 자립과 주거 안정을 돕기 위해 ‘2026년 청년·신혼부부 공공임대주택 주거비 지원사업’을 본격 시행한다.
이번 지원 사업은 19세~39세 이하의 무주택 청년과 혼인 신고일 기준 7년 이내(또는 3개월 이내 혼인 예정)인 신혼부부를 대상으로 한다. 지원 방식은 주택 유형과 입주 시기에 따라 ‘임대보증금 무이자 지원’과 ‘월 임대료 지원’ 두 가지로 나뉘어 맞춤형으로 촘촘하게 운영된다.
우선, 포천헤리센트와 송우파인빌 등 청년·신혼·신생아 매입임대주택에 입주 예정이거나 올해 신규 입주한 가구에는 최대 3,000만 원의 임대보증금을 이자 없이 파격적으로 지원한다. 해당 보증금은 한국토지주택공사(LH)로 직접 지급되며, 퇴거 및 지원 종료 시 상환하는 방식이다.
