【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=옥천군은 ‘2026년 책 읽는 옥천, RE:Start 독서운동’의 일환으로 추진한 「옥천군 공공도서관 슬로건 공모전」의 군민 투표 최종 선정 결과를 발표했다. 이번 슬로건 공모전은 옥천군 공공도서관의 방향성과 독서문화 확산 메시지를 군민이 직접 제안하고 선택하는 방식으로 공감대를 넓히기 위해 마련됐다.
군민 투표는 2026년 2월 20일부터 3월 6일까지 2주간 진행됐으며, 옥천군청과 가양도서관, 옥천국민체육센터, 청소년수련관 등 4개소에 투표 게시물을 비치·게시해 참여를 독려했다. 투표에는 총 666표가 참여했으며, 1부문(통합 및 비전)에 286표, 2부문(독서·이용자 친화)에 380표가 집계됐다.
