세종시의회 행정복지위원회는 17일 제104회 임시회 제2차 회의를 열고, 조례안 16건, 동의안 2건을 심사하고 4건의 보고 사항을 청취했다.
18일 시의회에 따르면 이날 회의에서 김현미 위원장은 '세종특별자치시 노후준비 지원 조례안'을 대표발의하며 고령화 사회에 대비한 선제 대응을 강조했다.
특히 노후준비 지원센터 및 협의체 운영에 따른 재정 부담 우려에 대해, 관련 법령에 따라 공공기관과의 연계 방안을 제시하며 별도 예산 투입 없이도 내실있는 운영이 가능함을 명시했다.
김영현 부위원장은 '세종특별자치시 공공시설 내 청각장애인의 편의시설 설치 등 지원 조례 일부개정조례안'을 대표발의해 소통 장벽 없는 사회적 환경 조성을 촉구했다. 특히 공공기관의 편의 제공 조치를 강행규정으로 변경하여 조례의 실효성을 뒷받침했다.
김충식 의원은 '세종특별자치시 시세 감면 조례 일부개정조례안'을 대표발의하며 빈집 정비 및 활용을 촉진하고, 재난 피해 발생 시 신속한 세제 지원이 이뤄질 수 있도록 관련 감면 조항을 체계적으로 재정비했다.
