한국전력이 파라과이 전력망 개선을 위한 송변전 컨설팅 사업에 본격 착수했다. 한전은 대한무역투자진흥공사(KOTRA)가 발주한 ‘파라과이 송변전 마스터플랜 수립 컨설팅’ 계약을 체결하고, 현지 전력 인프라 개선과 후속 협력 기반 마련에 나섰다고 18일 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 우리나라의 경제개발 경험과 정책 운용 노하우를 협력 대상국과 공유하는 경제발전경험 공유사업(KSP)의 하나로 추진된다. 주요 과업은 파라과이 국가기간망 보강과 안정적 운영을 위한 송변전 마스터플랜 수립 방법론 분석, 개선 정책 제언, 전력 분야 관계자 역량강화 초청 연수, 연계사업 기획 등이다. 사업 기간은 11월까지다.
