대전 서구의회가 18일 제295회 임시회 제1차 본회의를 열고 오는 25일까지 8일간의 회기 일정에 들어갔다.
이번 임시회에서는 행정사무감사 지적사항 처리결과 보고를 비롯해 구청장 제출안 12건과 의원 발의안 9건 등 총 21건의 안건을 심의·의결할 예정이다.
첫날 본회의에서는 설재영 의원이 대표 발의한 ‘청년·대학생·신혼부부 주거 안정을 위한 영구임대주택 입주 자격 완화 촉구 건의안’이 만장일치로 채택됐다. 이어 2025 회계연도 결산검사위원 선임의 건 등 주요 안건이 처리됐다.
이날 진행된 5분 자유발언에서는 지역 현안을 다각도로 짚는 목소리들이 이어졌다.
신진미 의원은 고향사랑기부금 제도를 활용한 ‘24시간 아동돌봄체계’ 구축을 제안하며 돌봄 공백 최소화를 강조했고, 서지원 의원은 겨울철 결빙으로 인한 안전 위험이 높은 건능골경로당 인근 급경사지의 대책 마련을 촉구했다.
또한 신혜영 의원은 CTX(광역급행철도)와 도시철도 3호선(트램) 시대에 대비한 지하 복합환승센터 조성의 필요성을 언급했고, 최지연 의원은 신정읍~신계룡 간 송전선로 건설사업의 전면 재검토를 요구했다.
조규식 의장은 “서구의회는 구민의 삶을 최우선에 두고 현장 중심의 정책 발굴에 힘써왔다”며 “임기 마지막까지 구민이 체감할 수 있는 세심한 의정활동으로 보답하겠다”고 밝혔다.
