19일 포천시에 따르면, 시는 오는 4월 6일까지 관내 개별주택 및 공동주택 가격에 대한 대대적인 열람과 의견접수 기간을 운영한다고 밝혔다. 이번 가격 열람 대상은 개별주택 1만7,215호와 공동주택 3만5,070호에 달한다.
이번에 공개되는 개별·공동주택가격은 건물과 그에 딸린 부속토지를 모두 포함해 평가한 금액이다. 국토교통부장관이 엄선한 표준주택가격을 기준으로 삼아 인근 주택과의 가격 균형, 변동 현황 등을 종합적이고 정밀하게 반영해 산정됐으며, 공신력 있는 한국부동산원의 철저한 검증 절차를 마쳤다.
