[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시가 지역건설산업 활성화에 나섰다.
시는 19일 홍태용 시장과 김민희 김해시지역건축사회장, 정영환 전문건설협회 김해시협의회장 등이 참석한 가운데 '지역건설산업 활성화를 위한 3자 업무협약'을 체결했다.
이번 협약은 건설경기 침체 속에서 지역건설업체의 경쟁력을 높이고 건설 관련 기관 간 협력체계를 강화해 지역업체 참여 확대와 건설산업의 선순환 구조를 구축하기 위해 추진됐다.
협약에 따라 김해시는 지역건설산업과 건축설계감리 활성화를 위한 행정적 제도적 지원책을 마련하고 지역 대형 건설공사 추진 시 지역업체 하도급 참여 확대를 적극 유도할 계획이다.
또 건축 관련 인 허가 절차의 신속한 처리와 규제 개선 등을 통해 건설산업 환경 개선에도 노력한다.
대한건축사협회 김해시지역건축사회는 설계와 인 허가 단계에서 건축주와 지역전문건설업체 정보를 공유하고 지역 생산 자재와 장비가 설계에 반영될 수 있도록 협력한다.
아울러 건축물의 안전과 품질 향상을 위해 성실한 감리 업무 수행에도 힘쓴다.
대한전문건설협회 김해시협의회는 고품질 시공과 철저한 안전관리로 지역건설산업의 신뢰도를 높이고 지역 인력 우선 채용과 지역 장비 자재 사용 확대에 적극 노력하기로 했다.
또 불법 하도급 근절 등 공정한 건설시장 질서 확립에도 동참한다.
김해시는 이번 협약을 통해 지역업체 참여 확대와 지역 인력 고용 증가, 지역 자재 장비 사용 활성화 등 지역건설산업 전반의 경쟁력이 강화될 것으로 기대하고 있다.
김해시 관계자는 "이번 협약은 건축 설계부터 시공 단계까지 지역 건설 관련 기관이 협력하는 의미 있는 출발점"이라며 "앞으로도 지역업체가 건설현장에 보다 많이 참여할 수 있도록 다양한 정책을 추진해 지역건설산업 활성화와 지역경제 발전에 최선을 다하겠다"고 말했다.
