군은 지난 18일 군수실에서 재택의료센터 및 수행기관과 통합돌봄 협약식을 체결하고, 이어 대회의실에서 돌봄기관 관계자 등 100여 명이 참석한 가운데 ‘의료·요양 통합돌봄 발대식’을 개최하며 사업의 본격적인 출발을 알렸다.
이날 협약식에는 장기요양 재택의료센터로 지정된 길마취통증의학과의원, 인성한의원을 비롯해 옥천군노인복지관, 옥천지역자활센터 등 통합돌봄 서비스 수행기관이 참여해 협력체계를 구축했다.
발대식에서는 ‘옥천군 통합돌봄 선언문’을 발표하며 의료·요양·돌봄·주거 서비스를 유기적으로 연계한 지역 맞춤형 통합돌봄 체계 출범을 선언했다. 행사는 경과보고, 홍보영상 시청, 선언문 낭독, 퍼포먼스 순으로 진행됐으며 참석자들은 지역사회 중심 돌봄망 구축 의지를 다졌다.
이어 군은 19일 군청 상황실에서 ‘2026년 상반기 아동친화도시 추진위원회 위촉식 및 정기회의’를 개최하고 아동친화 정책 추진 현황을 점검했다.
회의에는 군 관계자를 비롯한 아동 관련 기관·단체 관계자와 전문가들이 참석한 가운데 신규 위원 위촉장 수여, 부위원장 선출, 추진 경과 및 2026년 계획 보고, 정책 자문 등이 이뤄졌다.
옥천군은 2020년 유니세프 아동친화도시 인증을 획득한 이후 2024년 상위단계 인증을 받으며 아동친화 정책을 지속적으로 확대하고 있다. 현재 12개 부서에서 34개 중점사업을 추진하고 있으며, 24년 목표 달성률 78%, 25년은 84%를 기록하는 등 안정적으로 사업을 추진 중이다.
올해는 아동참여 확대와 권리 보호 강화를 위해 아동참여위원회 운영, 아동권리 교육 및 홍보, 아동청소년 정책 한마당 개최, 아동친화 놀이공간 확대 등 다양한 사업을 추진할 계획이다.
