이번 열람 대상은 개별공시지가 137,692필지와 개별주택가격 9,658호로, 개별공시지가는 민원과 부동산팀, 개별주택가격은 재무과 재산세팀에서 각각 담당한다.
열람 및 의견 제출 기간은 4월 6일까지이며, 토지·주택 소유자 및 이해관계인은 단양군 민원과와 재무과, 각 읍·면사무소를 방문하거나 단양군 홈페이지 및 부동산공시가격알리미를 통해 확인할 수 있다.
가격에 의견이 있는 경우 의견서를 작성해 방문·우편·팩스 또는 부동산공시가격알리미를 통한 온라인 제출도 가능하다.
제출된 의견은 부동산의 특성과 적정가격, 인근 부동산과의 가격 균형 등을 종합적으로 검토한 뒤 부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 개별 통지될 예정이다.
최종 확정된 개별공시지가와 개별주택가격은 오는 4월 30일 공시된다.
한편, 국토교통부가 조사·산정한 공동주택가격도 같은 기간인 3월 18일부터 4월 6일까지 부동산공시가격알리미에서 열람 및 의견 제출이 가능하다.
군 관계자는 “공시가격은 재산세 등 각종 세금과 부담금 산정의 기준이 되는 만큼 군민들께서는 기간 내 반드시 확인해 주시길 바란다”고 말했다.
