[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 국민의힘 부산시장 후보 경선을 앞두고 박형준 예비후보 캠프가 세대와 전문성 통합을 내세운 선거대책위원회를 출범시켰다.
이번 경선 선대위의 핵심 키워드는 젊음, 전문성, 통합이다. 조직은 기존의 위계적 구조를 탈피해 30·40세대를 중심으로 재편됐으며, 세대 간 협력과 지역 균형을 강조했다.
공동선대본부장에는 박수경 변호사와 손영광(울산대) 교수가 선임됐다. 박 변호사(1982년생)는 부산 해운대 출신으로 부산대 법대와 동아대 로스쿨을 졸업했다. 부산지방변호사회 홍보이사로 활동하며 전세사기 피해자 무료상담 제도화를 추진했고, 해사법원 유치위원회에서 활동했다. 대한변협 청년 변호사상을 수상했다.
손 교수(1991년생)는 경남 함안 출신으로 부산 강서구에서 성장했다. 서울대 전기전자컴퓨터공학부를 졸업하고 같은 대학에서 박사 학위를 받았다. 현재 울산대 전기전자융합학부 교수로 재직 중이며, 연금개혁청년행동 공동대표로 참여했다.
대변인에는 김창석·서지연 부산시의원이 임명됐다. 김 의원은 부산시의회 교육위원회 부위원장과 지역경제활성화특별위원회 위원장을 맡고 있다. 교육 및 지역경제 정책 분야에서 의정활동을 이어왔으며 사상구 지역 현안을 중심으로 활동 중이다.
서 의원은 더불어민주당 비례대표 출신으로, 부산엑스포 국정조사 당론에 반대하며 무소속으로 활동하고 있다. 복지와 민생 중심 의정활동을 이어온 그는 선대위 대변인단에 참여했다.
청년선대본부는 김남길 전 한국JC 연수원장, 양욱제 국민의힘 부산시당 청년위원회 수석부위원장, 정성원 부산시당 홍보위원회 수석부위원장이 공동본부장을 맡았다. 이들은 청년 일자리, 주거, 교육, 연금 등 청년 관련 의제를 중심으로 활동할 예정이다.
대학생본부는 황동현 부경대 총학생회장, 남지민 동아대 총학생회장, 이주영 동명대 총학생회장이 공동본부장으로 참여한다. 대학 캠퍼스를 중심으로 토론회와 간담회를 개최하며 청년 유권자와의 접점을 확대할 계획이다.
캠프 관계자는 “선대위는 청년과 전문가가 함께 구성된 참여형 조직으로, 부산의 미래세대가 직접 정책 방향을 제시하는 구조를 갖췄다”고 밝혔다.

The key themes of this primary election committee are youth, professionalism, and unity. The organization has broken from traditional hierarchical structures to center on professionals in their 30s and 40s, emphasizing cooperation across generations and regional balance.
Attorney Park Su Kyung and Professor Son Young Kwang of Ulsan University were appointed as co heads. Park born in 1982 is from Busan's Haeundae district and graduated from Pusan National University Law School and Dong A University Law School. She served as public relations director of the Busan Bar Association promoting free counseling for rental fraud victims and participated in the committee to bring the Maritime Court to Busan. She received the Young Lawyer Award from the Korean Bar Association.
Professor Son born in 1991 grew up in Haman South Gyeongsang Province and Busan's Gangseo district. He graduated from Seoul National University in electrical and computer engineering and earned his doctorate there. He currently teaches in the electrical and electronics convergence department at Ulsan University and serves as co chair of Youth Action for Pension Reform.
Busan city councilors Kim Chang Seok and Seo Ji Yeon were named spokespersons. Kim serves as vice chair of the Education Committee and chair of the Special Committee on Regional Economic Vitalization. He has focused on education and local economic policies representing Sasang district.
Seo a former Democratic Party proportional representative became an independent after opposing her party's position on the National Assembly probe into the Busan Expo. He has concentrated on welfare and livelihood issues and has joined the campaign spokesperson team.
The Youth Headquarters is co led by Kim Nam Gil former director of the Korea Junior Chamber Training Institute, Yang Uk Je senior vice chair of the PPP Busan Youth Committee, and Jeong Sung Won senior vice chair of the Busan Public Relations Committee. They will focus on youth employment housing education and pension policies.
The University Headquarters includes Hwang Dong Hyun president of Pukyong National University student council, Nam Ji Min of Dong A University student council, and Lee Ju Young of Dongmyong University student council as co heads. They plan campus discussions and forums to engage young voters.
A campaign official said the committee is a participatory organization combining youth and experts where Busan's next generation directly shapes policy directions.
