전북자치도가 본격적인 농번기를 앞두고 농촌 인구 감소와 고령화 심화에 따른 농업 인력 확보를 체계적으로 관리하고 적기 지원 강화를 위해 수급 관리 컨트롤타워 역할을 수행할 상황실을 가동한다.
