(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 23일, 인천의 대표 출생정책 ‘천원주택’이 올해도 높은 관심 속에 신청 접수를 마감하며 다시 한번 주목받고 있고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면, 지난 20일 접수를 마감한 천원주택(전세임대주택) 예비입주자 모집에는 총 700호 공급에 3,419가구가 신청해 최종 경쟁률 4.88대 1을 기록했다.
유형별로는 신혼·신생아Ⅱ형 200호 모집에 1,735가구가 신청해 경쟁률 8.68대 1, 전세임대형 든든주택형 500호 모집에 1,684가구가 신청해 경쟁률 3.37대 1을 기록하며 지난해(매입임대 7.36:1, 전세임대 3.81:1)
