브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 쿠팡이츠서비스(CES)가 경기의료원과 협력해 경기도 지역 배달파트너를 대상으로 ‘찾아가는 건강검진’ 무상 지원에 나섰다.
배달파트너의 안전한 배달 환경을 지원하기 위해 마련된 ‘찾아가는 건강검진’은 경기의료원이 운영하는 검진버스와 전문 의료 인력이 현장을 방문해 진행된다.
엑스레이 촬영과 채혈 등 기본 검진은 물론 뇌·심혈관질환 발병 위험도평가도 포함해 종합적인 건강 상태 확인이 가능하다. 1차 검진 결과에 따라 고혈압·당뇨병 의심자 또는 인지기능 이상이 의심되는 대상자에게는 심전도, 위내시경 등 추가적인 2차 정밀검사도 제공될 예정이다.
이번 검진은 지난 13일 군포 지역을 시작으로 18일 성남에서 진행됐으며, 오는 24일에는 부천에서 실시될 예정이다. 사전 신청을 완료한 쿠팡이츠 배달파트너를 대상으로 운영되며, 일부 현장에서는 당일 접수도 가능하도록 했다.
쿠팡이츠서비스는 교통안전 캠페인, 이륜차 무상 안전점검 등 배달파트너의 안전을 위한 다양한 지원 활동을 다각도로 추진하고 있으며 향후 확대해 나갈 계획이다.
쿠팡이츠서비스 관계자는 “배달파트너가 보다 안전하고 건강한 환경에서 활동할 수 있도록 지속적인 노력을 기울이고 있다”며 “앞으로도 공공의료기관 및 지역사회와의 협력을 통해 배달파트너에게 실질적인 도움이 되는 지원 프로그램을 확대해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
