<브레이크뉴스 양구 = 이향석 기자> 양구군이 지역의 미래인 청년들의 팍팍한 일상에 활력을 불어넣기 위해 '청년문화예술패스'의 주머니를 한층 더 두둑하게 키웠다.
양구군은 청년들의 문화예술 향유 기회를 넓히고 삶의 질을 끌어올리기 위해 '2026년 청년문화예술패스' 사업을 기존보다 대폭 확대해 운영한다고 24일 밝혔다.
'청년문화예술패스'는 문화적 감수성이 예민한 시기인 19~20세 청년들에게 공연과 전시, 영화 관람비를 지원하는 핵심 청년 복지 사업이다.
올해 양구군의 지원책은 파격적이다. 먼저 지원 대상을 기존 19세에서 20세(2006~2007년생)까지 넓혔고, 지원 금액 역시 기존 15만 원에서 20만 원으로 통 크게 상향했다. 특히 기존에는 공연과 전시에만 한정됐던 사용 범위를 '영화 관람'까지 전격 확대해 청년들이 실생활에서 느끼는 체감도를 우주 최강급으로 끌어올렸다.
지원 대상은 소득 수준과 관계없이 양구군에 거주하는 2006~2007년생 청년이라면 누구나 가능하며, 예산 소진 시까지 선착순으로 접수한다. 다만, 2006년생 중 지난해 이미 지원금을 사용한 경우에는 중복 수혜 방지를 위해 대상에서 제외된다.
