【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군 진천읍은 24일 진천읍 행정복지센터 민원실에서 안전한 민원환경 조성을 위한 비상 훈련을 실시했다.
이번 훈련은 민원 업무 처리 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 폭언·폭행 등 특이민원 상황에 대비해 민원 담당 공무원을 보호하고, 방문 민원인의 2차 피해를 예방하기 위해 마련됐다.
특히 상산 지구대와의 공조를 통해 실제 상황을 가정한 대응체계를 점검하며 훈련의 실효성을 높였다.
훈련은 특이민원 발생 시나리오를 기반으로 비상벨 작동 여부를 확인하고, 상황별 대응반의 역할 수행에 중점을 두고 진행됐다.
진천읍은 △상황을 총괄하는 지휘 통제반 △가해 민원인 진정, 제지를 담당하는 초기 대처반 △방문 민원인 대피를 유도하는 대피 유도반 △피해 공무원과 민원인을 보호하는 구조반 등으로 대응체계를 구성해 실제 대응 과정을 점검했다.
또한 비상벨 작동 시 경찰이 즉시 출동하는 합동 대응체계를 가동하며, 위기 상황 발생 시 신속하고 효과적인 대응이 가능하도록 숙달하는 데 집중했다.
