우 의장은 이날 오전 숙소인 호텔에서 친선협회 조찬간담회를 마친 뒤 오스트리아에 거주 중인 이태원 참사 희생자 고(故) 김인홍 씨의 유가족을 만나 애로사항을 청취하고 위로했다.
고(故) 김인홍 씨는 오스트리아에서 태어난 한국인 2세로, 부모의 고국인 대한민국과 한국인의 정체성을 제대로 이해하고자 연세어학당에서 한국어를 공부하다가 지난 2022년 10월 29일 이태원 참사 당시 안타깝게 숨졌다.
