[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 국제 교류도시와 우호를 다지고 직원들에게 활기찬 에너지를 불어넣기 위해 매 분기 마지막 주 수요일 구내식당에서 교류도시들의 대표 음식을 맛볼 수 있는 '국제 자매도시를 담은 한 끼'를 본격 시행한다고 25일 밝혔다.
이는 단순히 식사 한 끼를 제공하는 것을 넘어 자매도시의 고유한 식문화를 공유함으로써 정서적 유대감을 강화하고 글로벌 마인드를 고취하기 위해 마련됐다.
이날 처음 선보인 '국제 자매도시를 담은 한 끼'는 동남아시아의 열정을 담은 베트남 식단과 이웃 나라의 친숙함을 담은 일본 식단으로 구성됐다.
베트남 메뉴는 달콤하고 고소한 풍미가 일품인 파인애플 볶음밥, 깊고 진한 육수의 베트남 쌀국수, 바삭한 식감이 살아있는 고구마롤 짜조, 상큼한 입가심을 돕는 망고 샐러드로 동남아 현지의 맛을 재현했다.
아울러 일본 메뉴는 따뜻한 국물에 정성을 담은 꼬치어묵나베 든든한 한 끼를 책임지는 가츠동 감칠맛 나는 볶음면 야끼소바 느끼함을 잡아주는 락교 마늘쫑 무침으로 일본 특유의 정갈한 미식을 선보여 직원들이 다양한 맛과 문화를 경험하도록 했다.
이번 1분기 행사를 시작으로 향후 중국식과 인도식 등 대륙별 자매도시의 특색 있는 메뉴들을 지속적으로 제공할 계획이다.
