이 때문에 상세주소가 없는 주택에서는 우편물이나 택배 배송이 지연되거나 오배송되는 사례가 발생하고, 건물 내 정확한 세대 위치 파악이 어려워 응급상황 시 소방·경찰 등 긴급 대응 기관의 신속한 출동에도 제약이 따를 수 있다.
군은 이번 사업을 통해 세대별 위치 정보를 명확히 정비해 주소 체계의 정확도를 높이고, 주민 생활 불편 해소와 재난·안전 대응력 향상에 도움이 될 것으로 기대하고 있다.
군 관계자는 “상세주소 부여는 주민 생활 편의와 안전을 높이는 중요한 행정서비스”라며 “앞으로도 주소 체계의 사각지대를 지속적으로 발굴·정비해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
