오석진 대전광역시교육감 예비후보가 교사가 악성 민원과 법적 분쟁의 부담에서 벗어나 교육 본연의 업무에만 전념할 수 있도록 돕는 ‘교원 민원·법률 통합 대응 시스템 고도화’ 공약을 공식 발표했다.
오 후보는 25일 보도자료를 통해 현재 대전교육청 내 존재하는 교권 보호 제도의 실효성 문제를 지적하며, "기존 제도가 현장에서 실제로 작동하게 만드는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다"고 강조했다. 그는 교권 보호를 단순한 선언이 아닌, 교육청이 책임지는 실질적인 '시스템'으로 전환하겠다는 의지를 피력했다.
