2027 충청 유니버시아드대회 조직위가 대회 성공 디자인의 출발점으로 '디자인전문위원회'를 공식 가동했다. 25일 조직위 대회의실에서 첫 회의를 열고 공식 포스터 디자인 방향을 집중 점검하며 국제대회 품격을 높이는 데 박차를 가했다.
이건호 문화사업본부장을 포함한 전문위원 10여 명이 참석한 가운데, 시각·제품·공간·환경 분야 전문가 7명으로 구성된 위원회는 대회 전반 디자인 자문을 담당한다.
이날 회의에서는 포스터가 대회 비전과 충청권 정체성을 효과적으로 담아낼 수 있는 방안에 대한 열띤 의견이 오갔다.
이창섭 조직위 부위원장은 "충청권의 문화를 세계에 알리는 역사적 무대"라며 "전문가 의견을 반영해 국제적 위상에 맞는 완성도 높은 디자인을 완성하겠다"고 밝혔다. 조직위는 앞으로도 위원회를 통해 브랜드 체계 구축에 총력을 다한다.
한편 2027 충청 U대회는 8월 1~12일 충청권 4개 시도에서 150개국 1만5000여 명이 18개 종목으로 경쟁하며, 지역 메가시티로서의 위상을 전 세계에 알릴 예정이다.
