대전테크노파크가 첨단 바이오제조 기업들의 글로벌 도약을 지원한다. 중소벤처기업부의 '2차 글로벌 혁신 규제자유특구' 사업 특구사업자를 4월 17일까지 모집하며, 연구부터 해외 진출까지 전주기 지원 체계를 구축한다.
이번 사업은 합성생물학 기반 바이오제조 기업을 대상으로 LMO(유전자변형생물체) 후보물질 검증, 위해성 심사 간소화 실증, 공공생산시설 운영 등을 실증한다.
특히 기존 적합 판정 시설 활용 시 중복 심사 자료 제출을 생략하는 규제 특례가 핵심으로, 기업 비용과 시간을 획기적으로 줄인다.
국내 기업·기관이 신청 대상이며, 특구 내 사업장 이전·신설이 가능한 곳 우선이다. 선정 기업은 심의위원회 평가 후 규제특례와 사업화 지원을 받는다.
