브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= LG가 중동 정세 불안 및 국제유가 급등 등에 따른 정부의 ‘에너지 절감 정책’에 적극 동참한다.
LG 전 계열사는 국내 모든 사업장을 대상으로 오는 27일부터 차량 10부제를 시행하고, 임직원의 적극적인 동참을 독려할 계획이다.
차량 10부제는 자동차 번호판 끝자리 숫자와 날짜 끝자리가 같은 날에 차량을 운영하지 않는 방식으로 운영한다. (차량번호가 1로 끝나면 매월 1일, 11일, 21일, 31일 미운행)
단, 전기차 등 친환경 차량과 장애인, 임산부, 미취학 아동이 탑승한 차량은 대상에서 제외한다.
LG는 차량 10부제를 우선 시행하고, 유가상승 등 경제상황의 추이를 점검하며 확대시행도 검토할 계획이다.
