(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 26일, 인천 5개 권역(남부·북부·동부·서부·강화) ‘결대로진로센터’에서 중·고등학생 및 학부모를 대상으로 진로·진학 상담을 운영한다고 밝혔다.
인천시교육청에 따르면, 결대로진로센터는 진로·진학 분야에 전문성을 갖춘 현직 교사 100여 명으로 구성된 상담운영지원단이 개별 학생의 상황에 맞는 학업·진로 고민 등 다양한 상담을 대면으로 제공한다.
상담은 권역별로 운영 요일을 달리하여 학생·학부모가 거주 지역에 관계없이 원하는 날에 방문하여 이용할 수 있으며, 평일 야간(18:00~19:40)과 토요일(10:00~11:40)도 운영하여 평일 참여가 어려운 학생·학부모의 접근 기회를 넓혔다.
상담 신청은 인천사이버진로교육원 누리집 회원가입 후 ‘방문 상담’ 메뉴를 이용하면 되고 연중 예약 가능하며 상담 희망일 2일(주말 제외)전까지 신청해야 한다.

또한, 인천시교육청이 오는 4월 7일과 9일, 관내 학생과 학부모를 대상으로 인천사이버진로교육원 ‘4월 온라인 진로특강’을 운영한다고 밝혔다.
인천시교육청에 따르면, 이번 특강은 학생의 발달 단계와 학교급별 특성에 고려한 맞춤형 진로 교육을 제공하고, 학부모에게는 자녀의 진로 설계를 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 실질적인 방법을 안내하기 위해 마련됐다.
특강은 인천사이버진로교육원을 통해 실시간 온라인 방식으로 진행되어 누구나 참여할 수 있으며, 참여 학생은 이번 프로그램을 자기주도적 진로 탐색 활동으로 학교생활기록부에 기재할 수 있어 진로 포트폴리오 관리에도 도움이 될 전망이다.
구체적인 일정으로 4월 7일 진행되는 학생 대상 특강은 초등학생을 위한 직업 세계의 이해 ‘직업 이야기’와 중학생을 위한 자유학기제 연계 ‘자기주도학습법 및 진로 설계 역량 강화 과정’으로 구성됐다.
이어 4월 9일 운영되는 학부모 대상 특강은 초등 학부모를 위한 자녀의 자기주도성을 키우는 진로 설계 방법과 중·고등 학부모를 위한 가정 내 학습 지원 전략 등을 중점적으로 다룬다.
인천시교육청 관계자는 “이번 특강은 학생이 자기 이해를 바탕으로 진로 설계 역량을 키우고, 학부모는 자녀의 진로를 함께 고민할 수 있도록 지원하는 데 목적이 있다”며 “앞으로도 학생과 학부모가 함께 참여하는 진로교육 프로그램을 확대해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
