【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군이 군민 체감형 행정서비스 강화를 위해 공직자 적극행정 역량 높이기에 나섰다.
군은 감사원이 추진하는 ‘찾아가는 적극행정지원 설명회’와 연계해 26일 군청 대회의실에서 공직자 대상 적극행정 교육을 진행했다.
이번 교육은 공직사회에 적극행정 분위기를 확산하고, 공직자들이 현장에서 적극행정을 추진하는 과정에서 참고할 수 있도록 감사원의 적극행정지원 제도에 대한 이해를 높이는 것에 중점을 뒀다.
이날 강사로 참여한 감사원 김상혁 부감사관은 적극행정 추진 시 활용 가능한 제도를 중심으로 설명을 진행했다.
교육에서는 감사원의 △적극행정면책 제도 △사전컨설팅 제도 △모범공직자 등 선발 제도 △혁신지원형 감사 분야 운영 등 적극행정지원 제도의 전반을 다뤘다.
또한 실무자가 현장에서 겪는 애로 상황에 대비한 적용 방향과 유의 사항도 함께 안내했다.
군은 이번 교육을 계기로 전 직원의 제도 이해도를 높이고, 군민 불편을 줄이는 개선 과제를 더욱 능동적으로 발굴·추진하는 조직문화를 확산해 나갈 계획이다.
남은희 기획감사과장은 “적극행정은 ‘해도 되는가’를 묻는 데서 멈추지 않고 군민에게 필요한 일을 ‘어떻게 하면 가능하게 만들 것인가’를 찾는 과정”이라며 “공직자들이 사전컨설팅 등 지원제도를 충분히 활용해 현장 문제를 더욱 신속하고 책임 있게 해결할 수 있도록 교육과 지원을 지속하겠다”고 말했다.
