【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=단양군 매포읍은 지난 25일 고양리 산36-6번지 일원에서 산불 발생 상황을 가정한 실전 모의훈련을 실시했다고 밝혔다.
이번 훈련은 건조한 날씨와 영농부산물 소각 등으로 산불 위험이 증가하는 시기를 맞아, 신속한 초동 대응과 체계적인 현장 대응능력을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.
훈련에는 매포읍장을 비롯한 전 직원과 산불진화대, 산불감시원 등 약 38명이 참여해 실제 상황을 방불케 하는 실전형 훈련으로 진행됐다.
훈련은 산불감시원의 신고를 시작으로 ▲상황 접수 및 전파 ▲전 직원 동원 ▲현장 출동 및 지휘체계 확립 ▲주불 진화 ▲후속 인력·물품 지원 ▲잔불 정리 및 종료 순으로 진행되며, 실제 대응 절차에 맞춰 체계적으로 운영됐다.
특히 읍장을 중심으로 한 지휘체계를 명확히 하고, 산업팀장을 현장지휘관으로 지정해 지휘 전달과 역할 분담이 원활히 이뤄지도록 한 점이 주목된다.
또한 상황에 따른 후속 인력 투입과 물품 지원을 단계적으로 실시해 실제 산불 대응과 유사한 환경을 구현했다.
