【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군이 내달 6일까지 주택 소유자와 이해관계인을 대상으로 개별·공동주택 가격 열람 및 의견제출을 받는다고 26일 밝혔다.
주택가격 열람 및 의견청취는 주택 가격의 공정성과 투명성을 확보하기 위해 주택가격 결정·공시 이전에 진행되는 사전 절차다.
이번 열람 대상은 올해 1월 1일 기준 개별주택 4228호와 공동주택 1만2163호다.
주택 가격은 군청 재무과에 방문하거나, 인터넷 ‘부동산공시가격알리미’를 통해 열람하고 의견을 제출할 수 있다.
제출된 의견은 주택의 특성, 적정 가격, 인근 주택과의 가격 균형 등을 종합적으로 검토한 뒤 한국부동산원의 검증 및 부동산가격공시위원회의 심의를 거쳐 의견 제출자에게 개별 통지된다.
확정된 개별·공동주택가격은 4월 30일에 결정·공시될 예정이다.
염미숙 재무과장은 “주택가격 의견청취 절차는 소유자가 주택가격의 적정성을 확인하고 조정이 필요한 경우 의견을 반영할 수 있는 중요한 과정”이라며 “공시된 주택가격은 재산세와 종합부동산세, 건강보험료 등 각종 조세와 부담금 산정의 기준으로 활용되는 만큼 기간 내 반드시 확인해 달라”고 말했다.
