이 군수는 해빙기 균열·침식·낙석 등으로 위험도가 높아질 수 있는 옹벽 상태와 주변 시설물을 직접 살피며 안전관리 실태를 점검했다.
특히 지반 이완에 따른 옹벽 균열 여부와 토사 침식 및 퇴적 상태 등 위험요인을 집중적으로 확인하고, 보수·보강이 필요한 부분은 즉각 조치하도록 관련 부서에 지시했다.
