이번 토론회는 보은․옥천․영동 남부3군 로컬푸드 생산자와 관계자들이 한자리에 모여 지역 농산물의 안정적인 판로 확대와 로컬푸드 활성화 방안을 모색하기 위해 마련됐다.
이날 행사에는 남부3군 로컬푸드 생산자와 관계 공무원 등 60여 명이 참석했으며, 농식품산지유통연구원 엄경렬 연구원이 ‘소통과 경험을 만드는 로컬푸드’를 주제로 특강을 진행해 변화하는 소비 트랜드와 로컬푸드 마케팅 전략을 소개했다.
이어 진행된 토론에서는 지역농산물 안정 판매를 위한 로컬푸드 활성화 방안을 주제로 다양한 의견이 논의됐다. 토론은 충북연구원 남부분원 우장명 명예위원이 좌장를 맡았으며, 보은․옥천․영동 지역 로컬푸드 관계자들이 패널로 참여해 현장의 경험과 발전 방향을 공유했다.
새로운 요구에 부응하는 농식품 전략 마케팅 활용이 필요하며, 참석자들은 로컬푸드 직매장의 역할과 생산자 마케팅 역량 강화의 중요성에 공감하며, 지역 농산물 소비 확대와 지속가능한 농업 발전을 위한 협력 방안에 대해 의견을 나눴다.
